Organizational Analytics Consultant

As an Organizational Analytics (OA) Consultant a typical day might include :

• Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients
• Engage with clients to understand their challenges, requirements and concerns to determine the best OA solution
• Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans
• Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science / Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts
• Exposure on Work Force Analytics using basic and advance statistical / ML methodologies in last least 1-2 years
• Good to have practical knowledge in the areas of Natural Language Processing
