Middleware L3 Engineer

Job descriptionStrong understanding of Java middleware architecture. Hands-on experience in WebLogic / WebSphere / JBoss administration. Scripting and automation experience (Shell / Python / Ansible). Familiarity with Azure or Kubernetes-hosted middleware setups.
Role Summary
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise middleware platforms ensuring reliability and high performance of application integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, or JBoss servers.
- Manage deployments, clustering, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot thread dumps, heap memory issues, and connection pools.
- Implement SSL, certificates, and security configurations.
- Automate deployments using Jenkins, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with application and infra teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
