About the Role
We are hiring a strategic and execution-focused VP - Growth and Revenue to drive end-to-end revenue ownership - from new customer acquisition and GTM strategy to expansion and retention. This leader will own Samyak's revenue engine - building the international IT services pipeline, strengthening partnerships, leading demand generation, and driving customer retention and upsell.
The role demands a services-first mindset (custom builds, managed services, AI / ML projects, enterprise-grade implementations), combined with the ability to position Samyak's SaaS offerings as accelerators in client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & GTM Execution
- Lead GTM strategy for custom development, AI / ML services, workflow automation, and IoT projects (primary focus).
- Build positioning and market entry strategies for Samyak's SaaS products as complementary solutions.
- Identify new geographies, verticals, and client segments for services and solution expansion.
Revenue Leadership
Drive services revenue targets through enterprise deals, managed services contracts, and offshore delivery models.Build and manage a high-performance sales and pre-sales team with strong solutioning capabilities.Develop pricing, proposal frameworks, and win strategies for IT services RFPs, tenders, and enterprise accounts.Marketing & Demand Generation
Lead campaigns showcasing Samyak's expertise.Position products like as value multipliers within broader service-led deals.Build case studies, domain-specific thought leadership, and industry playbooks to attract global clients.Partnerships & Alliances
Develop alliances with system integrators, tech partners, and global resellers to expand services reach.Forge co-selling opportunities where Samyak's products can be bundled into service offerings.Customer Retention & Expansion
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.Drive renewals, cross-sells, and upsells across both services and SaaS products.Institutionalize customer success playbooks for long-term service partnerships.Data-Driven Growth
Track services and product KPIs : pipeline velocity, utilization rates, project margins, CAC, CLTV, MRR.Run experiments to optimize lead-to-deal conversion across international markets.Leadership & Collaboration
Build a services-first growth team with exposure to enterprise sales, pre-sales, partnerships, and delivery alignment.Provide regular revenue performance updates and strategic insights to the CEO and leadership team.Requirements
15+ years in IT services sales / revenue leadership roles, ideally with a mix of services + SaaS exposure.Strong track record of scaling services revenue (custom builds, managed services, consulting) in B2B.Experience building international pipeline in US, MEA, Southeast Asia, or Europe.Familiarity with AI / ML, enterprise digital transformation, and SaaS GTM strategies.Hands-on with CRM, sales, and growth tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, etc.).Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and solution-selling skills.Nice to Have
Experience in mid-sized and large-sized IT services companies with global delivery models.Familiarity with global exhibitions (e.g., GITEX, CeBIT) for lead generation.Exposure to selling AI / ML solutions, workflow automation, and productized services.Why Join Samyak Infotech?
