Job descriptionDirect internal audits to ensure teams are following set process as recommended by the client Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending Conduct evaluations & RCA to identify areas of improvement Able to deliver coaching on finding areas Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions Prepare, update & validate SOPs Prepare periodic reporting & dashboard
Title : Paralegal Quality Analyst
Education : Masters in Law (LLM)
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience of litigation in Court
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in LPO for backend legal support in personal injury
- Minimum 2 years of experience in review and quality checking of the legal documents
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for handling client calls / client queries
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
