The projects include Corporate offices, Hotels, Malls, Hospitals etc spread over few thousand to Mn sqfts.

Location : Ahmedabad

Job Profile :

Responsible for complete project execution and delivery of 5 Star Hotel interior works within the approved timeline and budget.

Manage planning, coordination, and supervision of all interior, civil, and MEP activities.

Ensure quality and finishing standards as per hospitality project requirements.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.

Lead site execution teams, monitor work schedules, and ensure timely material availability.

Review drawings, resolve technical and execution-related issues, and maintain proper documentation.

Oversee cost control, billing verification, and project reporting to management.

Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality norms.

Manage coordination between interior, civil, and MEP contractors for smooth workflow and on-time completion.

Qualification :

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience :

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hotel interior projects.

Strong background in high-end finishing, detailing, and coordination of luxury hospitality projects.

Skills Required :

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

In-depth knowledge of interior materials, specifications, and execution techniques.

Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.

Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely completion with quality.
