Production & Service Engineer - Inhouse Service

Job Summary :

We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive professional to support our department in assembling and soldering instruments. The ideal candidate will also assist in QC testing, preventive maintenance, and customer support, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform soldering and assembly of various electronic components and instruments.

Conduct QC testing of assembled instruments as per checklist standards.

Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Provide timely support and solutions to customer queries.

Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and team members.

Monitor equipment performance and perform preventive maintenance.

Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on equipment.

Deliver product demonstrations and recommendations to clients.

Maintain inventory and reorder materials as needed.

Stay updated with industry developments through research and workshops.

Skills & Competencies :

Hands-on experience with soldering and instrument assembly.

Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.

Good communication and active listening skills.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Professional, client-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
