Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Vice President of Sales located in Kolkata. The Senior Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, overseeing sales operations, and driving business development. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring sales targets are met. This role will also involve regular analysis of market trends and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

Sales Management, Account Management, and Sales strategy development skills

Proficiency in Sales Operations and Sales Management

Strong Business Development experience

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Ability to analyze market trends and sales performance metrics

Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
