Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai. The day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and facilitating sales training. The specialist will also handle customer service inquiries and provide support in achieving organizational sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including experience in developing and executing strategies to meet targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and achieve goals
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Understanding of design and interior trends is a plus
