Role Description

Senior Product Designer is a role located on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves conceptualising and designing user-focused digital experiences that align with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, employing design thinking to ideate innovative solutions, creating visual and product design assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design outputs. The ideal candidate will refine and enhance user experiences for Flash AI's products while maintaining aesthetic appeal and usability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design, with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Understanding and application of Design Thinking principles to create user-centric solutions
• Experience conducting User Research and UX Research to uncover insights and inform design decisions
• Collaborative problem-solving skills to work effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and other designers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience in using AI tools as part of the design process.
• Holding a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
