Must-Haves to Excel :

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Windows desktop & end-user technical support.

Strong skills in Active Directory, O365, VPN setup, and Microsoft Office troubleshooting.

Experience working with teams from English-speaking countries.

Great communicator with proven customer service and multitasking skills under SLAs.

What You’ll Own :

Handle desktop, software, and network issues — from diagnosis to resolution.

Manage application installs, printer setups, and malware protection.

Support O365 and Active Directory environments with precision and accountability.

Deliver exceptional client experience through proactive support and ownership.

Added Edge :

Certifications like MCSA, AZ-900, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.

Strong team spirit, adaptability, and a calm presence under pressure.
