Salesforce Developer - Apex / Visual Force

Role Description :

To design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business processes and marketing automation. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with stakeholders across sales, service, and marketing teams to deliver robust CRM and Pardot integrations, ensuring best practices in Salesforce development and campaign automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Build and maintain Pardot assets including landing pages, forms, email templates, and automation rules.
• Support marketing teams with campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting in Pardot.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce and Pardot configurations.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and Pardot-related issues.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce and Pardot platform updates and recommend improvements.
