About the Company

IM24x7 Delta Solutions FZCO is a UAE-based global software engineering and IT consulting company specializing in AI, Cloud, Web, and Mobile solutions. We help startups and enterprises build scalable digital products by offering pre-vetted engineering talent and end-to-end development services.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Project Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and acquiring IT projects from online platforms and direct clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic bidding and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid for IT projects on platforms like Upwork , Freelancer , Fiverr , Clutch , Guru , and .
  • Draft custom proposals, including project understanding, technical scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare competitive bids aligned with client requirements.
  • Engage with clients through chats, calls, and emails to clarify project needs and close deals.
  • Track ongoing bids, maintain CRM records, and follow up for project conversion.
  • Research industry trends and develop strategies to improve win rates and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1–5 years) in IT project bidding / pre-sales / business development.
  • Strong understanding of software technologies (Web, Mobile, AI, Cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong proposal writing and client negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding portals.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Background in Computer Science, IT, or Business Development.
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, UAE, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).
  • Pay range and compensation package

    Commission-Based / Fixed + Incentive (based on project closures and performance). Attractive bonuses for achieving monthly targets.
