SAP OTC Process Consultant

Responsibilities :

• Candidate should be SAP SD certified.
• Should have minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in SAP SD module in support and implementation.
• Possesses throughout experience of business OTC processes. In depth experience to transform client requirements into best SAP solutions.
• Experience in at least two implementation of S4 HANA (Implementation, Customisation and production support) using agile activated methodology.
• Well versed with client ticketing and change request process.
• Handled all SD processes and configurations independently.
• Strong enough to handle integration issues of other modules and interfaces.
• Interaction with end users for day to day issues to analyse and provide solutions within SLA timelines.
• Acquired good knowledge on SAP SD standard configuration and project process.
• Worked on recording BDC and BAPI creation.
• Worked on integration of third party applications with SAP.
• Ability to lead teams

Location : Delhi - Gurgaon

No WFH or Hybrid - working from client site daily
