WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US :

You will be joining an innovative application development team within SimCorp's Product Division.

We provide a cloud native SaaS product build on Azure using modern development principles, technologies and practices.

The product, the Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) has been operational for 3 years and based in client feedback and our own experience we have begun to lift the product to the next level, modernizing architecture and tech stack so we can scale DEP for a much larger audience than we can today.

This is why we need you to help design and build a new DEP 2.0 that can support the biggest clients, asset managers, across the globe.

What You Will Be Responsible For :

Feature development, backend and frontend.
Some DevOps is also to be expected.
Design and Architecture : Work together with other software engineers and architect to define and refine the product architecture and roadmap.
Spread your knowledge and experience with peers and teams.
Keep up to date with the latest technologies and find ways to improve the existing software.
Participate in support activities and client communication.

To be successful in this you are most likely a fullstack developer with some experience.

You can navigate both the frontend and the backend and you have some understanding of DevOps tools and practices.

You are a hands-on developer, that enjoy building cool software in a team in collaboration with architect and teammates.

We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to and interested in learning the rest :

Proficient in Frontend development in Angular and TypeScript.

Backend development experience in C# .Net.

Understanding of the application architecture, both frontend and backend.

Azure and Azure DevOps.

Agile development methodologies and DevOps and CI / CD practices.
