Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–4 years of experience, primarily focused on client-based hiring across multiple industries and functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and must be proficient in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques on and other hiring platforms to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with recurring client hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop attractive job descriptions.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Track, maintain, and report recruitment progress through metrics to ensure hiring efficiency and quality delivery.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to client-based hiring.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and other sourcing methods across various platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or client handling roles is preferred.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
