What You'll Do

Be part of a team that is transforming BCG into a bionic company! We are in the initial stages of building a centralized Business Intelligence & Analytics function that will simplify and automate information delivery—providing advanced insights and analysis to support decision-making. To date, the team has launched and operationalized several global-scale products and dashboards, enhancing how our leaders engage in information to manage the business. The next wave of digital reporting is underway which will help to unlock further value for BCG’s leadership and functions with best-in-class business intelligence and analytics.

The Business Intelligence & Analytics Visualization Manager will work as an integral part of our Agile team leading innovation on digital solutions and products that deliver insights and analytics to help BCG’s leadership make informed decisions. You will provide thought leadership for BI design, technology, and analytic approaches to help define best practices and standards for reusable BI assets that will be utilized across the organization.

What You'll Bring

5-7+ years experience in business intelligence and data architecture roles
Proficiency with multiple BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.) with ability to recommend optimal tools based on use case
Proficiency with SQL skills with proven ability to design and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and database structures
Hands-on experience building and implementing reporting solutions and data models
Strong background in data engineering, ETL / ELT processes, and data pipeline architecture
Experience working in technical teams in agile development environments using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git
Experience with embedding and creating a unified BI Portal at an enterprise level
Well versed in the standard development life cycle, DevOps practices with Confluence, JIRA, and GitHub
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, etc.)
Familiarity with programming languages (Python, JavaScript, R) for advanced analytics and automation
Experience implementing AI / ML solutions for business intelligence (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure Platform and AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, etc)
Understanding of modern data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
Experience working with Agile development methodologies and ceremonies

Who You'll Work With

As a member of the team, you will interact extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business, both geographically and functionally. The role sits within the overall Global Financial Planning & Analysis team, coordinating and working with our Analysis, Planning, and Reporting teams will play a large part in this role.

Skilled at designing and implementing numerous complex data flows to connect data for analytics and business intelligence systems

Collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders to develop data product and delivery roadmaps

Helping build secure, resilient, and efficient data services using tools like Snowflake, DBT, GitHub, FiveTran, and Fabric

Contributing to the definition of data-oriented blueprints, integrations, and transformations

Communication, interpersonal and teaming skills

Works positively and collaboratively with others and within team; builds strong and lasting relationships; can partner effectively with team members in multiple time zones

Supports analytics transformations by profiling legacy systems and designing next-generation solutions

Builds consensus around technical decisions while maintaining focus on user experience and business value
