Quality Control Engineer

Job Title : Quality Engineer – Fresher / Entry Level Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance, learn industry standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities : Assist in implementing and maintaining quality standards and procedures. Support the inspection and testing of products, components, and materials to ensure they meet specifications. Participate in root cause analysis and help implement corrective actions. Assist in preparing quality reports and documentation. Help monitor key quality metrics and track non-conformances. Work with cross-functional teams (production, design, supply chain) to support quality goals. Learn and apply basic quality tools (e.G., check sheets, control charts, Pareto analysis). Participate in internal audits and support compliance with quality management systems (QMS). Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Production, or related fields) or equivalent. Strong interest in quality assurance and continuous improvement. Basic understanding of quality concepts and tools (FMEA, SPC, 5S) is a plus. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions : Office and manufacturing / production floor environment. May require occasional travel or extended hours depending on project needs. Job Type : Full-time Pay : ₹10, ₹16,015.76 per month Work Location : In person
