Experience Required :
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Job Description :
- Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements
- Regulatory Reporting
- MIS and Management Reporting
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory and regulatory audits.
- Address audit observations and implement corrective measures to strengthen financial reporting processes.
- Ensure financial reporting aligns with IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions.
- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high standards of performance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with treasury, risk, and operations teams to gather data and insights required for accurate financial reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting deliverables.
Key Skills :
