Job description

Skill : SAP BASIS

Exp : 6 - 12 years

Location : Hyderabad

Must Have

  • Experience in handling the issues related to SAP BASIS and maintaining SAP application and infrastructure.
  • For users globally to ensure decent project delivery, service delivery, incident management, problem management, and change management.
  • Analyze the systems and work directly with users to define system requirements, design and propose solutions and need to share the knowledge with the team.
  • Performing SAP standard daily / weekly / monthly activities
  • Meeting directly with users to find out their SAP-related needs and incorporate these needs into a cohesive plan.

Good to Have :

1. Expertise in SUM tools

2. Expertise in managing SAP Landscapes.

3. Expertise on core basis technical tasks like installation, Migration, Upgrade etc

4. Expertise in DB refresh, restore, recovery.

5. Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and provide resolution for complex issues.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

  • Execute common SAP and industry standards in daily / weekly / monthly activities
  • Good experience in Installation / Upgrade / Migration activities using SUM tool
  • Support add-on installations in addition to support packages and enhancement
  • Experience with OS level activities
  • Router Installation / Upgrade
  • Good knowledge on database level (E.g., HANA / SYBASE / MAXDB / Oracle)
  • Good knowledge on Mail / Printer / TMS configurations
  • Good Knowledge on DB refresh activities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision making skills.
