• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in HR Tech (HRMS, ATS, payroll, etc.).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
