Job descriptionIT Services Procurement : Manage sourcing and procurement activities for IT professional services such as developers, testers, system implementors, and business analysts. Supplier Negotiation : Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring cost efficiency and high-value outcomes. Supplier Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business needs. Market & Category Analysis : Conduct market research and category analysis to support sourcing decisions and identify opportunities. Workload Prioritization : Assess and manage workload effectively to meet agreed timelines and deliverables. Data & Reporting : Provide management information and procurement insights to support sourcing and contract management. Cross-Functional Alignment : Collaborate with various category teams, both local and offshore, to deliver procurement services aligned with organizational goals. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize processes, challenge existing methods, and adopt best practices across the group.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Good experience in IT professional services procurement.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to build positive supplier relationships.
- Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba and Fieldglass (desirable).
- Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders up to senior management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Degree-qualified.
- Procurement certifications such as MCIPS or IAACM.
- Knowledge of Agile SOWs, SLAs, and outcome-based contracting.
- Experience working with vendors like EPAM, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Synechron, DXC.
- Experience in global / FinTech / multi-country organizations.
