Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Coordinator, located in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Coordinator will handle day-to-day interactions with customers, provide effective support for inquiries and issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and help improve the overall customer experience. This role involves communicating with customers via various channels, addressing and resolving concerns, and maintaining records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven experience in enhancing Customer Experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles; experience in the consumer goods or retail industry is a plus
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively within a team
