Job Title : Digital Marketing Lead

Location : Mumbai

What you will do :

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Lead to drive our performance marketing strategy and execution for our unsecured lending vertical. The role will focus on scaling high-quality customer acquisition for our unsecured lending products, optimizing cost per lead (CPL), enhancing digital funnel conversions, and managing cross-channel paid campaigns. This position requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of lending customer journeys, and hands-on experience in performance marketing for fintech / consumer lending businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Performance Marketing & Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end customer acquisition through paid channels (Google, Meta, UAC, Affiliate, Programmatic, OEM, YouTube, etc.).
  • Build and execute ROI-driven campaigns to drive high-intent leads for unsecured loan products.
  • Continuously optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, and CAC through data-backed experimentation.
  • 2. Funnel Management & Optimization

  • Track and improve the full funnel : impressions - clicks - leads - approvals - disbursals.
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, and Risk teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Run A / B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and communication.
  • 3. Campaign Strategy, Planning & Budgeting

  • Plan monthly / quarterly digital marketing budgets with a clear focus on ROI.
  • Monitor daily spends and ensure optimal allocation across channels.
  • Forecast outcomes and report performance to senior leadership.
  • 4. Data & Analytics

  • Use analytics tools (GA4, AppsFlyer, Branch, CRM dashboards, etc.) to measure performance.
  • Build performance dashboards and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor fraud, invalid traffic (IVT), and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.
  • 5. Partnerships & Vendor Management

  • Manage digital agencies, affiliate partners, DSPs, ad networks, and OEM channels.
  • Negotiate contracts and evaluate partner performance regularly.
  • Expand affiliate and partner network to scale user acquisition.
  • 6. Compliance, Brand & Communication

  • Ensure all ad creatives and messaging comply with RBI guidelines and internal credit policies.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Content teams for impactful digital creatives and communication.
  • Who you are :

  • MBA / PGDM from a Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute preferred).
  • 7-12 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fintech / NBFC / digital lending.
  • Hands-on experience managing large acquisition budgets (- 1-5 Cr+ per month) across Google, Meta, UAC, Affiliate & OEM channels.
  • Proven ability to drive high-volume acquisition funnels (5-10 lakh+ leads / month) with strong control on CPL, CPA, and CAC.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, AppsFlyer / Branch, BI dashboards, and data-driven optimization.
  • Understanding of unsecured lending funnels, lead quality metrics, and RBI-compliant communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing agencies, affiliate partners, and cross-functional collaboration.
