📌 Job Title : Quality Control (QC) Executive / Officer

Location : Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

We are a rapidly growing dental materials startup engaged in the manufacturing, trading, and export of premium-quality dental consumables and equipment. Our product portfolio includes acrylic teeth & denture bases, waxes, sodium alginate, silicone-based impression materials, dental cements, endodontic medicaments, and dental plasters.

We are driven by innovation, quality, and clinical reliability — and are now looking for a passionate Quality Control Executive to join our team and support our vision of delivering world-class dental solutions.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Testing

Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production – Raw Materials, In-Process (Semi-Finished), and Finished Products.
Perform dispatch audits to ensure product compliance before shipment.
Execute physical and chemical testing to verify quality standards, including but not limited to :
pH measurement
Viscosity
Mesh size
Density
Other relevant physical / chemical parameters

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, test records, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards.

Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability and accuracy of QC data.

Instrumentation & Process Control

Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and testing equipment.

Continuously monitor, review, and improve quality control methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and product consistency.

Continuous Improvement

Identify process gaps, propose corrective / preventive actions, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement solutions.

Contribute to the development of SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection protocols.

🎓 Required Qualifications

M.Sc. in Applied / Organic Chemistry (First Division).

🧪 Experience

2–4 years of experience in Quality Control / Laboratory Testing in the Chemical, Pharma, or Dental Materials industry.

Freshers with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in QC are encouraged to apply.

🌟 Desirable Skills & Attributes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret test results and quality data.

Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
