Head of Product Management is a senior leadership position reporting into the Business Head –Lending.
He / she is responsible for end to end Product Management, This role will oversee the product
management team, ensuring the successful development, launch, and optimization
of Lending suite of products that meet market and customer demands thereby meeting
business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Lending
domain, product lifecycle management, ability to work in collaborative environment and
a proven track record in lending product development and / or implementation. This role
need to work closely with the business head and engineering, pre-sales, delivery functions.

Key Skill Requirements
1. Very strong lending domain expertise across origination, servicing and collection
management areas in retail, corporate and Islamic lending
2. Good understanding of multiple markets, Fintechs, regulatory requirements in different
regions.
3. Proven experience in developing / implementing Lending product.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Deep understanding of market research, product lifecycle, and agile
methodologies.
