Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Professional Development Consultant based in Kolkata. The Professional Development Consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, supporting educational initiatives, consulting with stakeholders on professional growth strategies, and managing development projects. The consultant will collaborate with various teams to ensure training and programs align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Consulting and Educational Consulting, with experience advising or working with diverse teams.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience in Program Management and the capability to oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in Designing and Conducting Training programs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
