✅ Who Should Apply
1–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, project coordination, or delivery roles
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — and comfortable interacting with global clients
Strong coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail
You enjoy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions, not just escalating them
You hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just tasks — and take pride in delivering results
You’re proactive, organized, and thrive in a startup environment where expectations are high and micro-management is low
You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and figuring things out with speed
Bonus : exposure to tech consulting, remote delivery teams, or enterprise software clients
