Job Title : Marketing Coordinator Location : Vadodara (Full-time, On-site)

Role Description We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join Harvish Jewels and act as the bridge between our internal team and external marketing agency. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all marketing and advertising initiatives including social media campaigns, ground marketing activities, and digital advertising. The role requires tracking performance metrics, analyzing results (Meta Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.), ensuring quality execution by the agency, and driving lead generation, conversion, and follow-ups to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between Harvish Jewels and the external marketing agency.

Coordinate and monitor all marketing activities including social media campaigns, offline / ground activations, influencer tie-ups, and event promotions .

Review and analyze Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and luxury positioning across all channels.

Track lead generation, conversion rates, and follow-up pipelines to support sales growth.

Prepare periodic marketing performance reports for management review.

Suggest improvements and strategies to maximize visibility, footfall, and client engagement.

Assist in creative briefings, approving agency deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.

Stay updated with current marketing trends, especially in luxury, jewellery, and retail industries .

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand management, or agency liaison roles (luxury / retail / jewellery industry preferred).

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics tools).

Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate campaign performance.

Creative eye for branding, content, and design aesthetics.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure.
