Investment Banking Associate

Shreem Finserve is hiring for the role of Senior Associate.

Qualifications : CA / CFA or MBA with 2+ years of experience.

About the Company : Shreem Finserve is a New Delhi headquartered Investment Banking and Advisory firm engaged in providing Capital Syndication services (Private Equity as well as Debt), M&A, Restructuring Advisory and Corporate Finance solutions to leading corporates and emerging entrepreneurs.

The firm focuses on Infrastructure (Mining, E-Mobility, Roads, Renewable & Conventional Energy, Logistics, Data Centres) and Consumer (Healthcare & Education) sectors.

The candidate will be expected to :

1. Support day-to-day interaction with the entrepreneurs, promoters & senior executives.

2. Create Financial Models, Information Memorandums, Pitch decks and other deal collaterals.

3. ⁠Assist the broader team in providing critical operational, analytical and strategic insights.

3. Perform detailed trend / market research and develop expertise across specific themes / sectors.

4. Perform quantitative analysis, including analysing company's financial and its performance.

5. Prepare management meeting notes, investment memos, and deal presentations.
