Job description

Bachler’s Degree in Mechanical

2+ years of industry experience in a design consultancy for PHE+FF design experience in handling gulf projects preferred.

Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule.

To develop concept, schematic & detailed designing of PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING systems for commercial, retail, hospital and residential & high rise projects with the team assigned.

Experience in plumbing design including but not limited to design of water supply, sewerage and drainage, medical gas, LPG / NG system.

Detail drawing layouts for internal & external water and drainage system.

Experience in fire protection systems design including but not limited to design of sprinklers, external & internal hydrant system, fire pump & tank systems design

Ability to work independently or as a part of a team

Have effective written, communication & coordination skills with multi-disciplines on projects

Responsible for production of design output.

Expertise in computer skills, MS Office, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks & BIM platform

Responsible for compliance with company QA / QC procedures & its implementation.
