Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks will involve communicating with potential and existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Commitment to Customer Satisfaction Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the chemical industry is a plus Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage
