Your duties include :
- Managing company clients to meet their infrastructure needs effectively.
- Overseeing mobile device management for secure mobile configurations.
- Handling the secure gateway for a protected network connection.
- Managing the web application firewall to safeguard web applications.
- Supervising server infrastructure (Windows and Linux) for stability and performance.
- Leading Web Hosting Managers to maintain optimal hosting services.
- Managing cloud resources, specifically in AWS, to optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Establishing standards and best practices for network, access rights, desktops, servers, and internal applications.
- Providing support for switches, firewalls, routers, and ensuring a secure network environment.
- Implementing policies based on ITIL methodology to enhance support services.
- Collaborating with the team and specialists for a smooth service transition.
- Setting SLA criteria for IT infrastructure availability and performance.
- Developing resilient solutions to ensure infrastructure availability.
- Conducting system administration tasks, including managing networks and system backups.
- Monitoring critical processes and systems proactively.
- Installing, configuring, and supporting servers and network components.
- Planning upgrades to maintain service levels and keep infrastructure up-to-date.
- Leading the replacement of aging infrastructure components.
- Testing and analyzing network and server components comprehensively.
- Ensuring consistent server uptime to meet business goals .
Required Skill Set : Functional :
Broad ITIL Knowledge and experience in Service Management3 years of appropriate experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery, preferably with a medium-sized organizationGood understanding of Server desktop hardware / operating systems, networks, firewalls and load balancers, telecoms, etc.A probing and analytical approach with the ability to pre-empt potential problems and identify inefficienciesA very strong customer-oriented approach with a delivery biasAbility to prioritize and allocate resources / efforts appropriatelyExperience of working with 3rd party service providersTechnical :
