Job description
- Maintenance of heating and cooling systems in Thermal Equipments
- Ensure the zero downtime of Thermal equipments
- Periodical Functional and Performance tests that includes inspection and cleaning
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and repair of the equipment
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for Thermal Hardware and Repair assistance
- Post repairs ensure timely calibration before releasing it to lab user
- Evaluate and conduct Thermal equipment's assessment on utilization
- Engage with the improvement of systems and processes
- Forecasting and ensure to have the required spare parts and consumables
- Maintain documents of Performance checks and repair history of all the equipment's
- ESD safety infrastructure & inspection
- Lab assets & inventory management
- Lab ESH & 5S practices
- Lab stores and consumables management
- Lab tables, chairs technical requirements
- Assessments & Audits support
- Assisting lab manager for getting reports
- Assisting engineers for test bench setups
- Test bench / equipment movement support
- Red-tag management
- Store management
- Co-ordination of Instruments calibration activity
- Shipment in and out
- Lab access, training and exit check verifications
- Solder lab ticketing system management support
- Lab ticketing system support
- Lab database updates
- Lab procurements, shipments and internal logistics
- Lab ATE stores check in / check out process
- HV lab buddy on demand, ticket-based service under general support
