Use Performance Analytics and Reporting to track software usage and compliance.

Generate reports on license usage, cost optimization, and software entitlements.

Provide recommendations for cost reduction and risk mitigation.

Identify areas for automation using Service Now workflows, business rules, and scripts.

Optimize software request, approval, and provisioning processes.
