JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities or expectations from the role :

• Should be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.
• Good Understanding and alignment with organizational goals and streamlining recruitment / onboarding processes.
• To Provide end-to-end support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, resolving issues, and optimizing system performance.
• Collaborated with key stakeholders to define and document recruitment processes, ensuring effective integration with existing systems.
• Conducted end-user training sessions, creating, and delivering user-friendly documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Exposure to lead the workshops of requirement gathering
• Exposure to change Management Activities for digitization like Change Agents, change management
• Should be involved in Project Plan Preparation for upgrade and gave a demo to the business regarding the new feature.
• Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.
• Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.

Minimum Qualification :

15 years of full-time education
