Role Description

The UPSC Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons to prepare students for UPSC examinations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing study materials, conducting classes, mentoring students, and guiding them in their preparations. The faculty member will also analyze students' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Siliguri.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of UPSC syllabus, exam patterns, and current affairs
• Strong teaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in creating structured study plans and academic resources
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for explaining complex concepts
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Political Science, History, Public Administration) and prior experience in UPSC coaching or a similar teaching role are preferred
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their goals
