Key responsibilities :
- Oversee key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Cultivate long-term partnerships to foster repeat business.
- Analyse sales performance data, generate forecasts, and report on the team’s performance to senior leadership. Streamline the sales process to ensure efficiency and success. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
