What You Should Know About This Job

As a UiPath Support Developer , You will contribute to both the support and development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role involves ensuring the stability of automation processes in production, resolving issues efficiently, and building robust, scalable automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Support and maintain UiPath automation processes running in production environments.

Design, develop, and deploy new automation workflows using UiPath Studio and manage them via UiPath Orchestrator .

Monitor jobs, logs, queues, and robot performance to ensure smooth execution.

Troubleshoot process failures, debug errors, and apply performance optimizations.

Build and maintain Excel Macros (VBA) for data manipulation, reporting, and integration with RPA workflows.

Write and use SQL queries for database-driven automations involving data extraction, validation, and transformation.

Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for file management, process control, and system tasks.

Automate tasks across enterprise applications such as SAP and Ariba , including GUI-based and background automation.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver automations aligned with business goals.

Document process designs, update support runbooks, and maintain technical SOPs.

Technical Skills :

RPA Tools : UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator

Scripting & Automation : PowerShell, VBA (Excel Macros)

Database : SQL

Enterprise Applications : SAP, Ariba
