Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Billing Engineer / Field Engineer located in Bina. The Billing Engineer / Field Engineer will be responsible for preparing and maintaining bills of quantities (BOQs), conducting rate analysis, managing billing systems, and performing quantity surveying tasks. Responsibilities also include on-site verification, measurement documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing and maintaining BOQ

Strong analytical skills and rate analysis capabilities

Experience with billing systems

Knowledge of quantity surveying

Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred

Relevant certifications and previous field experience are a plus
