Job Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The role involves visiting retail shops and local businesses to promote and sell our products / services, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct shop-to-shop visits to promote and sell company products / services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, retail sales, or outbound sales.Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.Local area knowledge (Nagpur) is an added advantage.Benefits :
