US IT Recruiter (1–3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions — sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Source and submit GC / USC / H1B Transfer profiles across various technologies within a quick turnaround time .
- Maintain and update a candidate database for current and future requirements.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks , and referrals for third-party and W2 roles .
- Coordinate and schedule technical screenings with candidates and clients.
- Handle rate negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Work closely with consultants and team members, maintaining daily communication and follow-ups .
- Utilize Ceipal ATS or similar platforms for candidate management (experience preferred).
- Stay updated on hot IT skills and current market trends .
- Possess strong knowledge of US tax terms — C2C, W2, and 1099 .
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of US IT Recruitment experience with a proven track record of fast profile submissions .Strong understanding of US hiring processes , visa classifications , and tax terms .Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.Experience with Ceipal ATS (preferred).Must be able to work under pressure , manage multiple requirements, and meet deadlines.Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive, professional attitude.Education : Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferable.
