Roles & Responsibilities :
- Operations Management Oversee daily operations of the learning center.
- Team Leadership Manage and mentor faculty, counselors, and support staff.
- Sales & Revenue Growth Drive admissions, meet sales targets, and ensure profitability.
- Student & Parent Engagement Ensure high student satisfaction and address concerns.
- Marketing & Outreach Promote the center through local campaigns and partnerships.
- Process & Compliance Maintain academic quality, compliance, and SOP adherence.
Qualification & Experience :
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred).Experience : 5+ years in Education / EdTech, preferably in a managerial role.Skills Required : Leadership, sales, operations management, and excellent communication.Skills Required
