You will be responsible for producing exceptional visual content across our diverse client portfolio. Key Responsibilities :

• Design high-volume digital content across formats, including : Reels covers, static posts, carousels, and stories (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• The role will also involve projects focused on publication, branding, and packaging design.
• Creating compelling banner ads and campaign creatives.
• Graphics for client websites, landing pages, and blog articles.
• Ensure all visual output is high-quality and strictly adheres to client brand guidelines.
• Assist in conceptualizing visuals for client campaigns, proactively staying current on design trends and utilizing AI tools to boost idea generation and efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously to meet fast-paced agency deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience : Minimum1-2 years in graphic design. A strong portfolio is mandatory.

Technical Proficiency : Required expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic familiarity with motion graphics (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects) or Canva.

Role Type : Full-time, On-site (Non-remote position).

Location : Indore

Work Hours : 11 AM to 6 PM.

Work Days : 6-day work week.
