Founded in 2005, we are a Redmond-based firm in Washington, USA, offering services in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape, and Sustainability Planning.

We are looking for a talented Architect to join our team and work on-site at our Kothrud location.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from the USA and across the globe.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.
  • Create 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
  • 2 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
  • Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
