Job Description :

Lead solution design for Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service Module).

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.

Define system integration strategies with external systems, telephony, data warehouses, Azure services, and third-party applications.

Oversee data migration, application lifecycle management, and release processes.

Establish governance, best practices, coding standards, and DevOps practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business analysts.

Mentor technical team members and ensure solution aligns with Enterprise Architecture principles.
