Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of high-end modular interior projects. This role requires deep expertise in modular furniture systems, an understanding of premium residential fit-outs, and strong coordination capabilities to deliver flawless installations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end execution of modular interiors for luxury residential projects
• Coordinate between design, factory, logistics, and site teams for timely and quality execution
• Interpret detailed modular shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site
• Supervise installation teams across cabinetry, paneling, and modular furniture systems
• Track project milestones, monitor costs, and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Manage site readiness checks and coordinate civil / electrical works in alignment with modular fitments
• Maintain daily site reports, snag lists, and client communication
• Ensure project handover meets brand and client expectations
• Uphold safety protocols and quality standards at all times
