Payroll Operations Lead

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and administer company payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate payroll inputs from factories / ESS before sending to the vendor.
• Review draft payroll, tax, and statutory deductions as per Indian law.
• Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, PT) and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Prepare and verify Full & Final (F&F) settlements and payments.
• Share tax declaration info, collect proofs, issue Form 16, and manage employee reimbursements.
• Generate MIS reports, payroll analytics, and dashboards;

standardize reports fordecision-making.

manage statutory auditsand liaise with government agencies.

Essentials :

Education : Graduation is must, but MBA Preferred

Experience : At least 6 years in handling Payroll
