We specialize in ESP Spares, Boiler Parts, Dust Collector Systems, Rotary Airlock Valves, Carbon Graphite Parts, and Customized Casting Components for industrial applications.

Position : Export Marketing Executive

Experience : 3–8 Years in B2B Global Sales / Industrial Export Marketing

Industry Preference : Candidates with experience in Cement, Power, Steel, Sugar, or Paper Plant related engineering spares will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential international markets and target customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, trade shows, and industry networks.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and professional networking.
  • Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve export targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products / services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with global clients to successfully close deals.
  • Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.
  • Provide proactive customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in international B2B sales or industrial export marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
  • In-depth understanding of export regulations, global market dynamics, and sales documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
