The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the company. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior management and relevant departments.
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Maintain office records, files, databases, and important documentation.
- Handle correspondence – emails, calls, messages – in a professional manner.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and communications.
- Handle office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding and record maintenance.
- Manage administrative workflows, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office executive, or similar role (1-3 years preferred).Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language).Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Positive attitude, discretion, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.What We Offer
