Key Responsibilities

OIPL Data Center & IT Management

Server & VM Management : Monthly monitoring and reporting of VMs.

Disaster Recovery (DR) : DR drills conducted semi-annually.

System Maintenance : OS patching and firmware updates for RM3, STC servers, firewalls, and switches.

Compliance & Coordination :

Align with IT compliance and global IT policies.

Conduct bi-annual local audits per policies.

Ensure staff adherence to IT / security standards and manage IT inventory.

Network & Vendor Management :

Oversee office networks (RTS, DC / DR, local stations).

Manage data center and network vendors.

Handle RM3 VPN connectivity and troubleshooting with external teams.

IT Asset Management :

Manage employee laptops and mobile devices.

Oversee IT equipment AMC contracts, renewals, and vendor negotiations.
